SUMMARY

Buncombe County seeks a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NC to provide a full set of designs, permits, and construction project management/certification upon completion for the removal of debris (woody and cobble), stabilization, and restoration of several sites in various watersheds within Buncombe County. The project requires extensive experience with floodplain studies and floodplain administration in Western North Carolina considering changes from TS Helene, familiarity with NRCS standards and specifications, landowner outreach, and a no-rise no impact study for the FEMA 100-year flood zone.
