SUMMARY
Buncombe County seeks a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NC to provide a full set of designs, permits, and construction project management/certification upon completion for the removal of debris (woody and cobble), stabilization, and restoration of several sites in various watersheds within Buncombe County.
