Summary
Restoration and repair work of the masonic lodge for the Borough of Madison.
The goals of this project include the spot repair of masonry, wood repair, window restoration and general site improvements. Interior restoration and renovation work includes new energy efficient building mechanical and electrical systems as well as finish improvements. A second story addition will be constructed over the rear one-story kitchen wing to provide a second means of egress from the second floor and provide an accessible means of vertical transport in the building. Additional accessibility improvements will be completed in this project.
