From the meeting
W3C submitted a USDA Predevelopment Planning Grant application for $60,000 and it was under initial review. The district said the grant would fund pre-planning and planning only, not construction, and that a 25% local match of $15,000 would be needed if awarded. The next step is the grant decision and any match request to the district.
