THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Under modernization efforts, the Deputy Clerk lists digitizing and "Community Path," suggesting broader digital transformation work. There are no vendors or systems named, so the city is likely in early planning for digitizing records and improving community-facing processes. Document management, e-forms, and workflow vendors can help define scope and show quick wins for a small city environment.
"Community Path" may refer to a portal or initiative for community engagement and services; details not provided.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
