From the meeting
The village is administering a CDBG-funded water system improvement project and must keep spending on schedule. The board also signed the annual Federal Assistance Expenditure Form tied to those water project checks. The Office of Community Renewal said the $ deadline?
No dollar amount was stated, but the grant award terminates on January 26, 2027 and all funds must be expended by then. This is a live closeout window for any remaining construction, engineering, or grant compliance support.
