From the meeting
The unfinished business list included a tree and bench item with an electrical work proposal and status of bench ordering. This suggests a small public-space improvement package is still being shaped, with no final award shown in the agenda. The board could still decide on the electrical scope and the bench purchase.
A seller would want to know the exact equipment and installation needs before the next meeting.
