From the meeting
The township considered Resource Management Associates, Inc. to conduct the search for an Upper Makefield Township Police Chief, per the Township Manager memo dated July 17, 2026. That makes the recruiting work a live buying process, even though the source does not record final approval here.
The search timing matters because the new chief can drive future public safety staffing, equipment, and policy decisions.
