From the meeting
The Town of Saugerties Planning Board received a lead agency request for Kings Highway Contractor Storage/Tom George. The proposal calls for six buildings and 145 parking spaces for contractor storage and operations at 997 Kings Highway. Because the use is going through site plan review in an industrial district, the item signals future construction and site development work, even though no procurement has been let yet.
