THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The Town Manager Transition Committee will provide an update, indicating the town is in the midst of leadership transition for its chief administrator. A new or transitioning town manager often revisits budgets, contracts, and modernization priorities. Vendors across infrastructure, IT, and consulting should note this as a trigger to understand the incoming manager’s priorities and upcoming reviews of existing services.
Leadership transitions can precede re-evaluation of long-standing contracts and systems.
