THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The Town Manager is scheduled to update council on Water Plant Operations, signaling ongoing attention to treatment performance, compliance, or capacity. No specific project is named, but operational issues often lead to studies, equipment upgrades, or operator support contracts. Water technology, SCADA, lab, and plant maintenance vendors should inquire about current challenges and any planned capital or service procurements tied to the plant.
This is framed as an update item; follow-on actions could include consulting or equipment purchases if issues are identified.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
