From the meeting
The town had bid the geo-thermal HVAC replacement for the International Storytelling Center and staff recommended awarding it to Wright Contracting for $206,834. Holston Engineering was reviewing the bids before the board action. The existing system is still being managed and the town is trying to close out persistent building issues.
The immediate sales issue is whether the low bidder clears review and wins the award.
