From the meeting
The Town authorized advertisement of an RFP for replacement or repair of the Highway Garage roof. The building facilities manager had met with multiple roofing vendors and reviewed options ranging from patch repairs to a membrane sealant or a full new metal roof. The roof was described as badly rusted, with loosened bolts and holes.
The project is already budgeted in the 2026 annual budget, so the next decision is vendor selection.
