From the meeting
The social services director reported on activities at Centre Educatot Hub and said the CWELCC program is extended through March 2031. The report notes parent fees will remain unchanged at least until June 30, 2027 and that the extension is about keeping the program going, not expanding it. For vendors, the key signal is the long funded horizon and ongoing operational support around childcare services.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
