The September 2026 Community Development report said the Mendocino Council of Governments, in partnership with the City of Willits, released an RFP for the State Route 20 Multimodal Circulation and Intersection Improvement Study. Consultant proposals were due November 6, 2026, and project initiation was anticipated in December 2026.
