From the meeting
The Public Works review recommended developing a Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) program for wastewater and said the program had been recommended and approved in the FY2027 budget. The report tied the work to regulatory compliance, infiltration and inflow reduction, and potential cost savings of about $100,000 annually. It also said the department was looking to hire a qualified CMOM Program Developer or Sewer System Specialist.
