From the meeting
The Planning Commission update on September 3, 2026 said discussions included data centers and master plan updates. That signals early planning work, not a solicitation or award. Any seller angle would be tied to helping shape site policy, infrastructure impacts, or implementation of the updated master plan if the township moves forward.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
