From the meeting
The plan says AITE's central chilled water plant replacement began in late March 2023 and included two electric chillers, two cooling towers, new condenser pumps and drives, a new chilled water pump, and new water treatment and filtering equipment. The construction contract was bid in July 2023 and awarded in August 2023, and the project was funded by ESSER. Final control work was still being completed, so the site remains relevant for controls, commissioning, and maintenance follow-on discussions.
