From the meeting
The October 19, 2026 packet included a permanent site license and option/land lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for a cell tower at the West Fargo Fire Station property. The agreement replaces a temporary site license approved in November 2025 and sets a five-year initial term with four automatic five-year renewals. The city will receive $1,600 per month, with 3% annual increases, so the main follow-on opportunity is tower construction, maintenance and any later upgrades.
