From the meeting
The MPO identified the need to reconstruct Grand Avenue from 41st Street West to 62nd Street West. The plan includes multi-lane reconstruction, stormwater improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalk, shared use path, streetlights, ADA ramps, and intersection work. 535 million, with PE, ROW, IC, and construction phases spread through the TIP.
The city also planned a locally funded traffic signal at 56th Street West in fall 2026, so the project is moving toward funded delivery.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
