From the meeting
The Meadow Road Urban Renewal Plan included a planned athletic sports complex and recreation center at Water Tower Park. The city said the project could cost up to $19 million and that it would likely be financed in part with tax increment financing, with grants also mentioned as a possible supplement. This is an open capital project, not yet a construction award.
Sellers should watch the move from planning into design, funding, and delivery.
