From the meeting
The materials show the HEDC operating budget for FYE 2027 included $850,000 for parks improvements and a separate $500,000 project budget for the Helotes Fitness Park work. The funding context matters because it shows an active capital pipeline, even before every future phase is procured. The agenda ties the driveway and parking lot project to Priority No.
1 of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Sellers should track additional park and recreation scope that may follow from this programmed funding.
