From the meeting
The inaugural Miner's Feast - Taste of Idaho Springs and Music Festival took place on October 2-3 and used the full $8,000 BCPB budget. The event sold 107 paid tickets, distributed 27 complimentary tickets, and raised $4,280 for Charlie's Place. Staff also noted the operational lift of two-day festivals and suggested considering a single-day format next time.
The result is useful for future event production, promotion, and vendor participation planning.
