From the meeting
The Highway Fund showed encumbrances for planned seasonal highway work, with road maintenance, equipment, and improvement spending expected to increase in Q3. The report also noted NYS DOT CHIPS reimbursements and other transportation aid are anticipated during the remainder of the year. This points to near-term roadwork activity and related service or equipment needs, even though no contract was named.
