From the meeting
The Events subcommittee listed a Restaurant Crawl under its report, showing the committee was coordinating a public-facing anniversary activity. The agenda does not show a contract, vendor, or approval. It is still a useful lead for event support, marketing, sponsorship, or hospitality-related services tied to the celebration calendar.
