From the meeting
The draft strategic plan called for launching, expanding, and measuring the Academy for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. It also linked the academy to high-impact practices, faculty development, and career-connected learning. The work is not yet a procurement, but it shows a likely need for training delivery, curriculum support, and measurement tools.
The next meaningful decision is the final strategic plan approval.
