From the meeting
The draft 2027 water fund included a 300,000-gallon storage tank at the Water Treatment Plant. The budget references grant support for the tank and says the project will not occur in the current budget year, so the opportunity remains future-facing and funding dependent. A seller would want to watch for the eventual grant award and design or construction release.
