From the meeting
The district said the Acme Reserve is held for potential expenses related to the brownfield remediation project not covered by grants, and the budget message says the project is expected to finish in FY2027. That makes the brownfield work a real follow-on opportunity for environmental consultants, field services, or remediation support. The source does not name a contractor, but it does show a funded project nearing completion.
