From the meeting
The district issued a confirming purchase order to Educere LLC to cover the incremental cost of a summer school course after a student was switched to a different required course. This is a small implementation and billing-control signal tied to online or credit-recovery instruction. The source does not show a new solicitation, only an already provided service that required retroactive paperwork.
