THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The district is extending the completion deadline for the Mineral County High School gym HVAC upgrade due to delayed delivery of the main electrical panel. Contractor Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating now has until August 17, 2026 to reach substantial completion under Project PWP-MI-2025-343. This confirms a major HVAC modernization is underway, with potential follow-on needs for controls, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance once the system is in service.
Existing agreement dated 12/17/2025; amendment changes contract time only, not scope or price.
