From the meeting
The county scheduled a Finance item for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for infrastructure improvements. The agenda does not give a dollar amount, but it clearly points to grant-funded public works activity that could lead to design, engineering, or construction work. The grant item was pending at the October 19, 2026 meeting.
Sellers should treat this as a funded-project lead, not a completed award.
