From the meeting
The county executed an affordable housing loan agreement with Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & Kawartha Region for three new construction affordable housing units. The agreement includes a loan of program funds, security, and a funding schedule tied to occupancy milestones. This is a closed financing deal, but it identifies a live housing project and the nonprofit owner-developer.
