From the meeting
The county authorized $3,400,000 for Phase One of the Orange County Community College 2025-2026 Facilities Master Plan. The scope covers surveys, preliminary and detailed plans, specifications, estimates, engineering, and related preliminary work, with $1,700,000 expected from state funds. This is a clear planning-stage signal for campus modernization and eventual construction.
Engineering, planning, and program management firms should watch the next phase as the master plan gets converted into projects.
