From the meeting
The council will discuss buying a generator for the Shop Scada System and also gave direction to pursue a grant application for the purchase. The agenda does not name a vendor or a final purchase decision yet. The grant angle makes this a live funding lead tied to utility operations and backup power needs.
The next step is the grant application and council decision on the purchase.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
