From the meeting
The council scheduled a resolution to commit the city to grow as a Foster Friendly Community with Tennessee Kids Belong, Inc. The staff report says the city would support awareness events, recruitment efforts, coalition meetings, and community partnerships, but no funds were requested. This is mainly a public-facing partnership and outreach initiative.
It may lead to communications, event support, or nonprofit coordination work later.
