From the meeting
The council moved to issue Darrell Thacker a key to Haysi's Russell Fork Trail Center as the appointed leader of the Haysi Community Leaders. Access is to be coordinated through Amanda Perrigan, who was identified as the Facilities Coordinator responsible for the building. The trail center was still under construction, but the town was already setting access rules for recurring community use.
The commercial angle is facility access, scheduling, and support services as the building moves toward full operation.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
