From the meeting
The council considered awarding FTM Contracting the outdoor pool renovation project for up to $4,879,398, with a total project budget of $5,000,000 including contingency. The scope includes new pumps and filters for the big pool and toddler pool, a PVC liner, added circulation inlets, an enlarged island, and a new diving board and depth marker updates. Bids were opened September 17, 2026, and FTM Contracting was the lowest responsive bidder.
This is a clear award-and-implementation signal for a major recreation facility upgrade.
