From the meeting
The council considered a competitively bid contract award to Sims Municipal Recycling dba Circular Services for commingled recycling disposition for the Department of Public Works Recycling Division. This is a decided waste and recycling service line, so the useful sales signal is the named incumbent/winner and the operational scope. Follow-on conversations would center on recycling processing, logistics, and future renewal timing.
