From the meeting
The council agenda scheduled a funding agreement for Scottsdale ArtWalk under the FY 2026/27 Tourism Development Fund. The item would provide funding not to exceed $150,000 and would create Contract No. 2026-166-COS with the Scottsdale Gallery Association.
The agreement was listed for council consideration on November 10, 2026, so the decision was still pending in this document. Kevin Burke handled the request for the city.
