From the meeting
The council agenda authorized submission of an application for the FY2026 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program. This is an open grant pursuit, not an award, and it points to future public safety funding needs. Vendors should watch for whatever police or municipal justice items the city plans to attach to the application.
