THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The committee will go into closed session to discuss negotiating a contract for a Post Office expansion. This indicates an upcoming facilities project where terms, partners, and scope are still being negotiated. Construction, architectural, engineering, and project management vendors should monitor this as the city and postal authorities refine expansion plans that may lead to design and build procurements.
Closed session suggests sensitive contract negotiations, possibly with USPS or a developer; details are not public yet.
