From the meeting
The committee listed design and engineering for pickleball courts at Butch Clemens Park as a 2027 capital request. It also listed design and engineering for utility connections to a future pavilion and restrooms at the same park. The work is still in the planning stage, so the key signal is upcoming park design scope that could move into a funded project after budget review.
