THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The Commission will approve Water Treatment Plant GMP7 Change Order No. 6 with PKG Contracting Inc. for -$31,262 and extend the completion date to September 25, 2026. This reflects adjustments within an existing multi-phase capital project. While the core contract is in place, the long timeline and change activity suggest ongoing needs for specialty subs, equipment, and commissioning services.
Change order reduces cost but extends schedule; PKG is incumbent construction contractor for WTP GMP7.
