From the meeting
The commission scheduled discussion and possible approval of Andy Jamison's resignation as director and a possible temporary appointment of Tami Michaud as new director. This is a personnel change, but the source does not connect it to a specific project or procurement. It may still matter as a buying trigger because a new or interim director can reset priorities and vendor relationships.
