From the meeting
The Civil Service Commission denied Emily Birkenstamm's appeal for the Program Specialist 2 Social Human Services statewide examination. The matter was referred back to Agency Services for a classification review of her provisional position. If the corrected title has no eligible list, a new examination announcement will be issued, which creates a future hiring and exam-process trigger.
