From the meeting
The City of Miles held a 2026-2027 budget workshop that included review of the master fee schedule and a utility rate analysis for water, sewer, and trash. Council was considering whether to set service rate increases, so the decision was still in planning at this meeting. This is a signal for utility rate study, budget support, and related finance work.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
