THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The City Manager lists "Scheve Park Pool Design" under miscellaneous items, and Contegra Pools LLC is presenting to council before the meeting. This signals early planning for design or redesign of the Scheve Park swimming pool, likely before a formal procurement. Vendors in aquatic facility design, engineering, and construction should track this as a developing capital project and start conversations about concept planning, cost estimates, and grant-eligible improvements.
Contegra Pools LLC is giving a 6:30 p.m. presentation immediately before the council meeting, likely related to the Scheve Park pool project.
