From the meeting
The Central Library skylight redesign was in design phase and the project still needed funding for the construction portion. The report said $235,340 was available for design and an additional $3,717,000 had been requested in the FY27 capital improvement plan (CIP). Marmon Mok Architecture was finalizing scope and probable costs with the city.
The next sales conversation is around funding-ready repair scope, cost refinement, and implementation planning.
