From the meeting
The budget agenda included a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) fund line for sidewalks and crosswalks. The item shows the borough is planning grant-backed pedestrian work for 2027, but no project budget or contractor is named. This is a useful signal for engineering, construction, and grant-administration follow-up tied to future funded work.
