From the meeting
The board will consider RFQ No. 2026-600 for design-build firm services for District facility improvements. The agenda calls for authorization to advertise and solicit statements of qualifications, so the work is not yet awarded.
This is an early procurement signal for facility upgrades tied to the Port's capital needs, and the October 5, 2026 vote is the next decision point.
