From the meeting
The board was scheduled to vote on a contract with Caleb McConnell to support student programming and media production with the Big Elk Stadium Video Board. The item names the service area but does not show an executed award on the agenda, so the decision was still pending. The project points to ongoing video board operations, content support, and possible follow-on media or AV needs.
